Pslam 56
Devotional:
You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book. My enemies will retreat when I call to you for help. This I know: God is on my side! (Psalm 56:8-9).
How can you show someone you care about them? You can pay attention and linger intently over everything about them. Did you know that God writes books about you? Did you know that He keeps bottles of your tears? He is paying attention to every tear because His love for you is so unfathomable that He promises to one day wipe them all away, and He will be sure not to miss a single one. The next time you toss and turn, the next time tears run down your cheeks, remember that it doesn’t go unnoticed. Then you can confidently proclaim, “This I know: God is for me.”
