Luke 11
Devotional:
“Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me. (Luke 11:23)
Most believers do not view their lives as contrary to Christ. After all, as Christ-followers, we try to live lives that honor God’s will and bring glory to Him. Are our lives defined as gathering with Jesus? That can be a difficult question. Faith is absolutely integral to the Christian life, but faith is more than an idea or a feeling. It is something that moves. It moves us to move others. Making the choice to follow Jesus also involves working alongside him in his mission to save lost souls. If we claim to be with Jesus, then let’s get to work together as we gather alongside him!

Pray it:
Father, in the midst of a divided world in which everyone seems to seek their own agenda, keep me and your people united to you and your agenda, following Jesus together as we seek to make his name known in this world. Amen.
