Deuteronomy 5
Devotional:
Oh, that they would always have hearts like this, that they might fear me and obey all my commands! If they did, they and their descendants would prosper forever. (Deuteronomy 5:29)
Like any parent, God desires good things for His children. This is why He gives us His commands. His words and commands will prosper those who follow if we’re willing to seek and submit to the plans of God. Today, run to, not away from, our God who loves us enough to provide guidelines for us.
