Pslam 60
Devotional:
Oh, please help us against our enemies, for all human help is useless. With God’s help we will do mighty things, for he will trample down our foes. (Psalm 60:11-12).
Humans are stubborn creatures. When we face problems, we often look for solutions within ourselves, and our culture is quick to tell us that we can do anything we put our minds to. While it is true that God has created us to do wonderful things, He alone can save us. What struggle are you facing in your life right now? Are you trying to overcome it on your own? Remember that when we try to handle troubles on our own, it is always in vain. Ask God for help in your struggle and draw on His strength to find the only true salvation.

Pray it:
Father, I confess that I often try to solve my problems and rely upon my plans and strength rather than yours. Help me rely on you more and more – and as a result, see your salvation and strength at work in my life. Amen.
