Psalms 7
Devotional:
If a person does not repent,
God will sharpen his sword;
he will bend and string his bow. (Psalm 7:12).
This verse is a strong and sobering reminder that we need to ask God for forgiveness when we fail Him. To repent means to turn away from evil. When we fail to repent, the consequences will be increasing trouble in our lives. No matter how far you are down a bad path, turn and repent immediately and God will forgive.

Pray it:
Father, help me to be quick to repent. Reveal to me when I have sinned and done wrong in your eyes and tear down my attempts to justify or minimize my sin. May my sin lead me to see your grace in new and deeper ways this day. Amen.
