Proverbs 28
Devotional:
Better to be poor and honest than to be dishonest and rich. (Proverbs 28:6).
Some people become rich by taking advantage of others financially, with little regard for honesty and fairness. God will protect and be on the side of those who are humble and walk in honesty and with integrity. God will not allow oppressive individuals to continue in the ways of wickedness; they may prosper for a time, but God will bring His justice. Therefore, we are called to walk in integrity each day of our lives.

Pray it:
God, help me not fall into the temptation to seek prosperity in this world at the expense of others but instead follow you and trust in your guidance and promises. Remind me that what awaits me in heaven is greater than anything I might ever have on earth. Amen.
