Luke 10
Devotional:
These were his instructions to them: “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields. (Luke 10:2)
As Christians, we often spend time praying for the harvest, but Jesus doesn’t tell his followers to pray for the harvest. He actually informs them that the harvest is already there, and it’s plentiful! What the kingdom needs is laborers. People who are passionate about getting their hands dirty in the mess of ministry. Are you willing to get busy working to claim the harvest that is just waiting to be gathered? The harvest is plentiful. It’s ready. Let’s motivate ourselves and others today to become gospel laborers who are passionate about claiming lives for Christ!

Pray it:
Father, may you raise up more laborers for the harvest of the gospel that is out there and make more and more Christians see themselves as laborers in your field for the harvest. Amen.
