Psalms 11
Devotional:
The foundations of law and order have collapsed.
What can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3).
As we look at things happening in our culture — moral decay, political tensions, crime, etc., we may feel as if the foundations of life are being destroyed. And when we experience difficulties in our own lives, we may feel that our personal foundations are shaking. When the foundations of life are shaking, we need to remember that God is still in His holy temple. He sees and knows what is happening. He is righteous (verse 7) and a refuge for all who trust in him (verse 1). In what way do you need the Lord to be a refuge for you? Talk to Him about that concern today!

Pray it:
Father, thank you for being a strong and steady foundation and refuge no matter what might be going on in the world or in my life. When life is unsteady, help my eyes stay steady on you, knowing that you are watching and working even when I can’t see it. Amen.
