Exodus 39

Devotional:
Then Moses inspected all their work. When he found it had been done just as the Lord had commanded him, he blessed them. (Exodus 39:43).

As we’ve looked at being involved, contributing, and using our gifts, we realize that we do so out of thankfulness to God for all He’s done for us, just as the Israelites did. But it is nice to see that there is blessing, too. At the end of the chapter, Moses blesses the people for all they’ve done. In the same way, we know that God is going to bless us for giving back to Him. We sometimes experience that here on earth, but we also know that we will experience it in our eternity with Him.
Pray it:
Father, help me to remember the blessings that are found in you and through following you. May the blessings you give me on this earth be turned back into praise to you, and help me remember the blessings that await far surpass both the pleasures and the pains of this world. Amen.
